I am so extremely happy to have my car back and to be able to drive it with confidence once again. The care and quality of work done to the front of my car is absolutely amazing! And the little extras that didn’t have to be done but were is like a special gift(I.e cleaning what you could on the inside and finding a replacement hubcap for my front right tire). The respect, genuine kindness, and support shown to me and my kids was a very nice added bonus. Also keeping me informed every step of the way so much so that I didn’t have to call to get that was very comforting and exceptionally good.

It really depends on whether or not they can fix the panel gap issues. It’s annoying that I have to return and have them take my truck into the shop again, when they could have just done it right the first time.

The repair process was great! I was able to drop off my truck, and get an enterprise rental delivered to me at the shop, so I didn’t have to ask anybody for a ride to and from. Everybody was friendly and there were plenty of updates texted to me throughout the process. They even finished the repairs 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The paint job on the parts that were replaced matches seamlessly with the rest of the truck. The reason I’m giving a lower rating is due to the panel gaps. I had a bumper, fender and door replaced and the gaps are wild compared to the other side of the truck. It seems like very little care went into making sure everything lined up. I’ll have to go in again sometime soon and have them re-align the front body panels. I also had a headlight replaced, but they didn’t bother to adjust the beam down to match the other headlight. Not a super big deal, I can adjust it myself, but that should be part of the process when replacing a headlight.
