I don't feel like this directly reflects on cascade, but more on who you use to clean and detail the vehicle upon completion. They did too good of a job and took the dried rose sitting on my dash. The rose was from my grandma's funeral and had a lot of sentimental value to me. Kinda sad it's gone now. But such is life.

We dropped the car off on Dec. 16 and you didn't get it back to us until January 14. That is the worst repair timeliness we have ever experienced. It was a comedy of errors at the end as the wrong grill got shipped twice, then when the right one came it had a scratch that wasn't identifed until it had already been installed and it was caught by your Customer Service team up front. Off and paint and back no. Too many delays. We were very frustrated.

Cascade did a great job with our vehicle! The repair went through insurance and they were extremely thorough. Hailie was excellent at maintaining communication and managing my expectations throughout the process and I was very grateful for her effort! I was even able to pick up and drop off my rental car at the garage!
