Josh was very helpful. He didn't act like I was bugging him. He allowed me to come see the car. He was upfront about what to expect and the car was done when he said it would be. Everyone was very nice. Honestly - I wasn't expecting that from a body repair business based on my previous experiences. I hope to never need an auto body shop ever again, but if I do I'll be bringing it here.

They worked with our insurance and rental company great. They did an amazing job at keeping up with communication, always updating and also got back to us quickly with answers. We had an unfortunate problem with the whole front end of our big vehicle smashed by someone unbeknownst to us, they made it look new again. It was a bit expensive, but anything with cars today is crazy expensive. We have used Cascade Collision in the past and have had good results.

Accidents are hard and stressful regardless of the fault. This is specially harrd hard if you are dealing with unreasonable and unethical company. The Cascade Collision and my adviser Josh and his team made it tolerable to go through a bad situation. They were a great support and kept me informed.
