I have enjoyed the pictures that you shared with me. I can show my family the steps it took to repair the truck. For me, it was very interesting. Your staff is very friendly and I appreciate that. When you’re older person sometimes you feel people don’t wanna listen to you. I never felt that way at your place.

For a company that is supposed to find items that were damaged on a car that was in an accident and then fix those items attention to detail would be extremely important. Not so with this company. After I picked up the car after it was fixed I drove to Ogden and while driving I could smell a strong smell of rubber burning. I didn't find anything but when I got to Ogden found a Big O tire company to investigate the smell. They checked the alignment and removed the tires and checked the brakes and while it was on the rack noticed a rubber bungee cord strapped across the muffler pipe. That was the source of the smell. This took over 1 hour to find and wait time. They charged for this and when I brought this to Cascade they didn't believe they could have done this. I'm out time and money because the lack of attention to detail. I will not be referring anyone to this company.
