My husband and I had never been in an accident before. We didn’t know all the steps to take and Josh was awesome to help us through what we didn’t know. He reassured me as we were going that he would take care of the insurance. I was worried that it would take way longer to fix then we wanted but they got the car fixed on ready for us faster then they projected. Which was awesome.
