you would get a much higher score if it wasn't for the alignment issue.

When I picked up my car it pulled to the right when driving. It needed an alignment, but it was not done. I was told that my insurance wouldn't pay for an alignment unless there was suspension work. That is not the right answer. Cass should have called meemic to let them know that the car was out of alignment so they could get it done. I had to bring the car back the following monday and had to figure out how to get to work that day. Ultimately, the alignment was fixed, but it should have been done the first time.
