When i arrived i stood there waiting for them to find my file with the information from American Family. Jackie said Tommy had it and Tommy said Jackie had it, either way i stood there while they looked then they just ended up creating another one. She called Enterprise to pick me up and i waited about 20 minutes before having her call back. as a result, i was late picking my kids up for school.I was told i would get an estimate from C.D.E when i dropped off my car but had to call back a week later to ask for the estimate. The parts had already been ordered before providing me with an estimate.
