They were professional and did a good job. I would have liked if they were open a little later than 5pm since most people have to work. As a matter of fact they had told me to pick up my car before 430 pm otherwise come the next day. What's the point of saying you are open till 5 pm only to tell people that they cannot pick up their car after 430pm.

For a first time customer at CDE, I was very impressed. I believe that employees like Tom Cavillo make a difference in customer experience. Tom was very professional and not scripted. Kept me updated on repairs and explained why there were necessary to do. He deserves recognition. Good job!
