The handle on the roof of the back seat passenger side is loose and when my car was towed to the repair facility the rear passanger side tail light was dim and and iluminating correctly noted in insurance estimate to be checked and when car was picked up from facility it was no longer the passenger side tail light but the drivers side but this light was completly fine when the vehicle was dropped off. The clear coat on the bumper corner where it ends is wavy. Also once i got home I noticed someone left a Chicago Bulls hat with horns in my trunk that was not there when i dropped off the car as well as the center cap over the damages rim that was replaced was thrown in the back seat. Car was handed over with out being cleaned from the interior where its still dusty from when the air bags went off. Tire alignment is a bit off with the steering wheel and the car was not like that before.

Matt Zemgulis was awesome. He kept me in the loop daily. I was aware of the progress. Car was completed a week prior to estimated completion date. Work looks fantastic. The office staff were exceptional when I got there today. That is why I chose your company again. I used you some years ago for another vehicle. Thank you.

The two women that work in the front were welcoming and comforting about my experience, the waiting area was clean and did not remind me of a repair shop, which I really liked. The text messages updating me on every stage reassured me that my insurance company referred me to a good company. I really liked and appreciated the fact that the rental car agent was present right in the lobby, I was in and out with my rental in no time. Overall everything combined my experience was great and I walked away knowing that CDE is not just a good company but a great company. I will definitely be referring your company to friends and family.
