I was very unsatisfied with the service my car was in poor condition when I picked it up i was missing a keychain with sentimental value my car had some scratches that weren't on the vehicle before i dropped it off my seat had a bigger tear than when i dropped it off there was foot steps inside my car overall a really bad experience

I have to first speak about Jackie the representative at the front desk very resourceful made my rental situation go easy and great customer service. John was also wonderful he explained to me the process and gave me step by step what would take place. Kept me updated on the repairs. The CDE app was easy accessible and streamlined. My results of my vehicle was great I will definitely recommend CDE to my friends and family. Thank you again.

Terrible communication. I called several times regarding follow up info and got no response. After picking up the car I asked for info regarding a non-insurance repair and same thing. No follow up calls texts or emails.

You guys went over and beyond your duty . You cleaned the inside , which you found the key to my fog that was lost for almost a year now .THANK YOU. You even got the dog hair . Overall my exterior looks amazing, just like brand new .
