Staff were really good. Explained condition of the car and explained what was needed and what the were going to do..after answering my questions, i agreed to the repair. Calls received from staff as to when car would be available, they were always pleasant. The didnt rush me and push things on me. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I appreciated what they did
