Bob, Michele and the entire team are exceptional in both who they are as people and in the quality of their workmanship. Their communication is outstanding, whether in person or digitally. They treated us like family from the start, from pouring a personalized cup of coffee every visit to showing sincere and genuine interest in delivering a successful result. Heck, Bob endured a 40 minute phone call from my 78-year-old mother. 😂😆😂 The pièce de résistance was their paintwork and color match. Our 11 year old Honda is the common, yet, complex smokey quartz grey metallic. THEY NAILED IT! A flawless match. Truly impressive. They even removed a dent that I was convinced would require a new door. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!! Note; I also had the pleasure of meeting a 15 year Manager with CDE collision who now runs the Crown Point, Location. Excellent person also. Good luck to you, Sir! Welcome to CP.!

Excellent service beginning with Michelle at the front desk. Bob was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process. Communication throughout the repairs was top notch. My car looked like nothing had ever happened after the repairs were completed. This is the second time we’ve used your services. We were equally as happy the first time as well.
