The work performed looks great. I would have liked a little better communication as to the status of my car. I was originally told 2 to 3 weeks and it took five. I understand things happen once the car is broken down, but that is the perfect time to keep the customer updated.

Colette is fantastic. She relaxes her customers and establishes a trusting atmosphere for the apprehensive customer. Mario is a keeper. I don’t want another”fender bender” but, if I do, he is the man! I researched and read the multiple positive reviews. All ARE TRUE. I could not believe it was my Mercedes Benz! In less than 4 days my baby looks better than when I purchased it (and it was classy then). C.D.E. in Mokena is the only place to go a. Clean and spacious working environment. b. Relaxed and friendly staff, esp Colette & Mario. c.Excellent and professional body work d. Outstanding communication skills: customer is kept informed daily. (Mario) e. I was happy with the work they performed. This is the second time within 2 years that I had to bring in my van for repairs, and both times I was very satisfied with the repairs. They even helped me with insurance issue that developed. I would recommend this CDE location without hesitation.
