Everyone was welcoming during this experience but, Brittany and Mariela was so nice and understanding about the situation I was in. I loved working with them both during this whole process. Brittany made me really feel at home every time I came in to check on my car and she remembered my car's name,Toothless 😊. Mariela, the lovely woman who worked on my car, is also one who remembered my car's name and often addressed it as such when telling me updates over the phone which makes me super happy and made me feel like Toothless was in good caring hands ☺️. Mac helped a lot and got a lot done within coming in a couple of days ago. I feel like there might have been a more efficient way to fix my car where I didn’t have to wait as long but other than that the repairs and my car looks amazing

The short time the car was at your shop. The estimate was very good. Going over the estimate and pointing out what was going to happen. Internal Cracks (at least six inches long each) in front windshield toward hood (not there before collision or during drop off), spidering and paint chip not previously on rear bumper despite being worked on, bubbling on clear coated areas worked on, SIGNIFICANT ORANGE PEEL on quarter panel and door, needs color buffing **immediately** and quickly.
