The hospitality was refreshing! I was offered to come back another day if I didn’t want to wait for my car. When I said I would wait because I didn’t have anyone to pick me up they offered to take me home since I was only about 20 minutes away. Then they kept me informed of their progress and when they were finished they picked me up. There were no problems with customer service and when I got my bill it was less than previously quoted. My car was perfect and they washed it and cleaned the inside. I have a brand new car! Thanks CDE. Hopefully I won’t need you again, but if I do I gladly will contact you.

communication was horrible to me and with the staff members to each other, no communication at all

never called me back telling me when to bring the car in and once I brought the car in they never told the staff members who would be repairing the car that the car was there, so it sat there for almost two days before I called and asked about the status of the repair
