I couldn’t have asked for a better experience dealing with the terrible situation of a hit and run on my new car. I was devastated when I saw the damage to my car and C.D.E. made everything so easy. They got me in very fast and completed the repair about 5 days earlier than expected. Everything was so wonderful starting all the way from Marla at the front desk to Tabatha who provided my estimate and quote and other updates, to literally getting update text messages on the progress of my vehicle every day (sometimes multiple times a day!). I never had any moment of anxiety, frustration, aggravation, fear, or wondering “what’s going on!”. They were transparent, quick, kind, thoughtful, and so much more. I told my friends and family already that if I could give more than 100% satisfaction and 5 stars, I would. I definitely cried seeing my vehicle again after the repairs, it is seriously flawless and you can’t tell AT ALL that there was ever damage. I’m so thankful!!!!

The best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. Marla totally gives the world’s best energy and is so sweet. Marla was always super quick to answer the phone EVERY time I called. The daily text updates were so nice and is a really great touch to their services. Tabatha was super quick and knowledgeable about everything!
