I want to thank the staff there that was present on Friday of this past week. The repairs looked great and the gentleman helping us asked about our license plate. He was able to repair the fixed bolt that has always been an issue for us. Really pleased with the work and customer service.

Things that were talked about during inspection weren’t taken care of. New trim piece put on is sticking out when it shouldn’t be. Car is now making a new creaking noise upon receiving it back, so will also have to get that looked at. So after not having my vehicle for 3 weeks i will need to make a new appointment to bring it back. I went with CDE after a friend had a good experience at the one on Washington street, saying how much of a thorough job they did, even cleaning it after they were done (mine was not).
