Very pleased with how I was treated as an older woman. Was treated with respect and not talked down to. Kevin, Marla and Tabatha made a trying time very pleasant. We are satisfied about the paint job but the manager Kevin at CDE on Washington street was nothing but an issue. He spoke to my wife with the utmost disrespect possible. The car was brought in because of an accident that was not our fault and Kevin refused to figure out what was wrong with it because the car did not operate the same after it got out of the shop and when asking for it to be looked at the manager, Kevin Was no help to us and then proceeded to disrespect my wife again. I am thoroughly not happy and you have since lost a customer due to Kevin‘s actions.
