The one thing negative thing is the vehicle was not ready when estimated. We called to double check and they confirmed. They explained why that happened and told us how it was unexpected and out of their control. While inconvenient for us, that made it more understandable. They were very helpful with the questions I had for them and even took a look at some issues we were having with another car and it was much appreciated.
