Very poor quality of work. My car came back with more scratches and dings then when I dropped it off. Rear window was out of alignment also. Will never be going back to this shop or recommending to anyone. Customer service is very poor as well.

Had me signing paperwork after the job was complete that was supposed to be presented at drop off and made it seem like it was my fault somehow. Customer service was very poor. Will not recommend this shop to anyone

They did a good job repairing my car from the accident I was in, however, I am not happy about the 174 additional miles that were driven on my car. There was 204 additional miles on my car from when I dropped it off to be repaired but I am excluding the 30 miles to / from the Valparaiso collision center to the Audi dealership in Merrillville when it needed calibrations done on the rear bumper sensors. I received the mileage in / out of the Audi dealer and found that the additional miles were put on prior to going to the dealer but was unable to get an answer from the collision shop manager as to how the additional mileage got on my car.
