I received the car back and it is so hard to turn the wheel it takes two hands and some muscle strength. It was never that stiff before . There is an awful grinding sound when I turn left as well. Being I am single and alone it’s scary. If something happens, what am I going to do. I called the shop right away to notify them of the issues to assure it was not something I did and I never received a call back or recognition of the problem at all. I am scared to park and drive my car.

After receiving the car back, I called the next morning to notify them of the stiff steering problem and grinding and I have not heard from this collision place at all. I expressed my concern that I was afraid yo drive the car because it took yo much muscle to turn. I don’t know what to do, I cannot turn the car it is so stiff. I made sure I called expeditiously to assure them it was nothing I did. I picked the car up Friday night approximately 4:30p.m. (3/21/2025), I called the shop Saturday morning (3/22/2025) and left a voicemail. Today is Monday (3/25/2025), and no call or recognition from CDE collision.
