After a recent fender bender involving my Lexus IS350, I returned to Certified Collision in Tracy, CA for repairs because of the great experience I had with their previous paint work. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. The front desk receptionist was amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through every step, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Certified Collision to anyone needing collision repairs or paint work.

Laura was incredible from the moment I met her. I was set on taking my car to the Tesla collision center for the repair, but Laura earned my trust from the very first conversation and I moved forward with the repair knowing she’d be a part of the process. My car was repaired quickly and with great care. I’ll always refer people here when in need of vehicle repairs :)
