I would not recommend this place, and I would not come back here again. My entire experience was stressful and long. I honestly would rather do anything else or go anywhere else before coming here.

The car looks fine but for the time and price I am not totally satisfied. Additionally, I had to take time off work/take a pay dock to go back and have my license plate put back on, since they returned my car to me without my license plate . The “check tire pressure” light also went off after I picked up my car, and the mechanic at Americas Tire who checked my tire pressure showed me that the tire on the side of the car that received repairs was filled to 74, and my tire is supposed to be filled to 35 at most. That’s dangerously high and put me at risk of a blowout.

The service was slow, my paperwork was filed late with my insurance, and my tire was overfilled to a dangerous amount. Getting in touch about my car was like pulling teeth — I’d call for updates, and I would be told that they’d call me back , but they never would.

The moment that we enter the office of the CERTIFIED COLLISION CENTER ON 202 W Larch Road in Tracy Ca 95304 the front desk agent Alejandra Greeted us with an Extraordinary welcoming word and with her beautiful smile very warm welcome and extremely hospitable and well service oriented we went straight to her Alejandra and Alejandra asked us very politely and her confidence look on her face. she said, how may I assist you? we went straight to her window automatically like she was Magnetic, and we were like metal. that moment we could tell that Alejandra is the perfect person to help us, after the paperwork Alejandra interduce us to Gary and Jason the Experts who know knew how to explain detail by detail about the damage on our Vehicle, Gary and Jason are the best communicator they know how to explain how your vehicle will be fix and the amount of time will take to fix our vehicle Gary and Jason are the expert they really know how to make customer happy and satisfied the bottom line is that we went to the wright Certified Collision Center and we will recommend this Collision center to everyone else that i know because of Alejandra, Gary, Jason and the entire team outstanding customer service. thank you all
