My car was kept a week past the max on the rental time of my policy and given back to me and is still having to go back into the shop because it’s not fixed. More work needs to done on my car.

Again the work was fine, I just wish they had kept me in the loop at all times being that I had a rental car and had to notify them and my insurance of any changes.

The repairs to the damaged area of my vehicle look great. Which was only external on the passenger door and rear door on the passenger side. Somehow my emergency break is now not working and my battery died at some point. My clock and radio were not at the programmed settings which was weird.

Daniel Lima was very thorough with his inspection of my car, and with his explanation of the work that would be performed. He gave me daily updates as well. The car looked great when I picked it up, Thank you for the awesome job you did repairing the damage to my car.

I liked the update text, but then there were getting to be too many. People seemed friendly enough, just needed to get an idea about how long it was going to take so I could plan for the weekend with my rental. Thank you

You guys are awesome, although it was a short delay due to the dealership my car still managed to be done within the expected time frame not to mention the body work looked so perfect and new. Amanda and the staff at Certified Collision provide awesome customer service! I would recommend this auto body repair shop to anyone in search for a great all-around company.
