The repairs are incomplete

The Van is a Bran Ability Van . They treated this as a standard Chrysler Town and Country. The floor has been lowered and the entrance door customized. This was all pointed out when dropping off the Van.

The repairs have not been completed yet. The door molding was to short the door doesnât slide as freely as when the Van came in. And we are being told these are ware issues?
