I received a text at 4:00 pm on 12/29 saying that my car would not be ready until 1/02/18 and now I'm receiving texts that I've already picked up my car and asking me to rate the service? I've called and no one is answering, I have not picked up my car or received a call regarding any delays which I was informed that I would via text on 12/26.
