I hate to say this, but I kinda enjoyed the experience. As bad as it is to wreck a car, dealing with Certified was easy and painless and ended up being great! My service advisor/writer Brittney kept me informed, was super friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. My car came out really clean. I had zero complaints and warranty issues thus far. I would return if I find the need in my future.
