I am satisfied with the repair on the front bumper, but now I have 3 places on the hood and 1 on the windshield that looks like bondo or some kind of compound that wasn't there before I brought it in for repair. Can I bring it by for you to look at?

I gave a 8 only because I had to take my vehicle twice for a inspection. The guy told me to bring it in. When I came he did a visual inspection (no driving,no lifting in on a machine to inspect under the vehicle). I asked him why he not putting it on the machine. He replied I need an appointment. Why you told me to bring it in for inspection then. I thought it was the appt. It was strange. But I took it in the following week for the inspection date I was giving, only for them to not do the inspection the date of the inspection, but to keep it overnight and not call me to letme know. The next day I called them and they said by lunch time I should hear back from them. Then I was called back during lunch stating to come pick my vehicle up and there was no frame damage. Overall they was respectful, which I loved. I just wanted a better communication when it came to and inspection or full inspection with date and time.
