The attention and customer service was outstanding from the beginning of the service until the end. They explained everything in detail making sure I understood how the process will go in repairing the damage to the car. The car was returned within the timeframe of the repair.

I was never contacted by anyone from State Farm. After filing the claim online I was directed to choose from a State Farm repair facility in my local area which I did. The repair facility never contacted me so I reached out to them to schedule an appointment. After getting an initial estimate completed I scheduled a date to drop off the vehicle for repairs. When I dropped off the vehicle nothing was explained to me. There was no check in process just sign a paper and leave. I was never updated on the status of the vehicle until I called the shop and was told it would be ready that day. When I picked up the vehicle there was no delivery process or walk around. I was just handed an estimate and receipt for my deducible payment. After getting home and reviewing the vehicle the next day there is damage from the accident that was not repaired and overspray or some kind of marks on the door. Really poor experience from all around.
