Yorlen was professional in her communication regarding all the administrative paperwork. Luis was thorough in his estimate and his team did an excellent job repairing the Toyota 4 Runner. Everyone was friendly and supportive. I had never had to deal with working between my insurance company and an auto body shop, and your people made it easy. The process was explained regarding additional requests The Body shop would make to the insurance company, and how insurance would work to manage the extras. It took a lot of the worry off my mind.
