Many times you hear an advertisement for a company that promises great service, make the decision to use it only to be disappointed by the results. Nothing could've further from the truth with my experience at Pleasanton Chilton Auto Body. The service was more than we expected and then some. They went out of their way to get us a great rate on a rental car that wasn't part of their normal coverage. They were courteous, professional and friendly. The car was returned looking better than the day we bought it. The text updates were a great touch and I will be happy to tell anyone about the service if they ask. You have a customer for life and with two kids less than a year from getting their license I'm sure I'll need it. Thanks for making this experience so fantastic. Brian
