Took the vehicle back two times to be reworked and still there are blemishes that were missed

Bob at Pleasanton Chilton is great. Had no problem accomdating the rework, however one would think peoplein the auto body buisinesswould have a better eye than the customer. Manager should QA vehichles before returning them to the customer.

From the time I came into chiton for an estimate until I picked up the vehicle was awesome! They meaning bob made me feel welcome, answered all my questions updated me promptly and I had the best experience ! Bob is so great! I will definitely come back if I need repairs or smog test etc. and I will recommend them to everyone I know as well...if they say Kelly sent me that's me!

I've never been to another body shop before, but for the most part the experience was better than I would expect.

The only problem was that they could not replace the "Braun Ability" lettering for our wheelchair van conversion, which is an important advertising factor for my business. We will have to rectify this separately since Bob @ Chilton Auto Body said he was not able to replace the lettering, yet, it is something that should be covered under the claim, isn't it?
