The work itself looks good and being able to text to communicate was really convenient. The response times were also usually very reasonable and within a few hours to within the day. The only thing that prevented me from rating 10 here was: - a mechanic did not meet me when I initially brought the vehicle in and pointed out the issues (the additional part that needed to be ordered would have likely been discovered then when I originally pointed it out) - I didn’t receive an update on the parts ordered until I called (it may have just been a coincidence that I called a week later and it happened to be ready an hour after I called) - the final pickup felt a little disorganized but the people are nice
