Customer service rep was very confrontational when waiting to get approval for repairs. He used terms that were unpleasant and was very defensive. I did not appreciate his tone nor threats. Based on this experience, I would hesitate recommending this shop. Everyone else was very polite and professional, from the car in take process and front staff.
