I was disappointed about the outcome. I was told that the scratches in the back bumper would be painted over or repainted to look as if it's new but they were still there. Also, the trunk lid still does not completely open like it used to before the accident.

I called twice for an update on the status of the repair, after the 6 days timeframe quoted to me, but did not receive any call back both times. In addition, the receptionist was rude on the phone, as well as in person the two times I was at your body shop. This is poor customer service, and therefore I filed a complaint with Geico, and cannot recommend your business to others.

I was referred to Chilton directly from Tesla. I wouldn't trust any other shop to work on my car.
