Matt as really terrible when it came to customer service he was upset at my insurance adjuster and seems like he took it out on me when I was asking questions about my car. The shop did a beautiful job on my car but Matt had no professionalism when it came to me .

The staff did keep me updated with the repair progress on an almost daily basis. However, when I picked the car up, I was given the keys and an invoice for the repairs. There was no interaction or explanation as to what was done, what was replaced or how to treat areas that were replaced and painted….washing etc.
