The staff did keep me updated with the repair progress on an almost daily basis. However, when I picked the car up, I was given the keys and an invoice for the repairs. There was no interaction or explanation as to what was done, what was replaced or how to treat areas that were replaced and painted….washing etc.

Thank you for the excellent service! My car looks NEW. Everyone was professional and friendly. Work was finished on time. I appreciated the periodic texts to keep me updated as work progressed. My car was clean insides and out. If I ever need body work again, I will return to Ciocca Collision.
