They took 4 weeks longer than originally expected, chipped the paint, broke a panel on the trunk hatch and the trunk doesn't close properly. They said they would call to schedule fixing these issues, but I havheard more in a week.

Unfortunately, I have been a victim of multiple incidents. Thankfully, I have all of you to make things better. The shop is walking distance from my home, and that's super nice. Not once has this team let me down, and I appreciate that. I will continue to be a customer and recommend this shop because of that, as I have. The team is very attentive and always friendly. I would like to especially point out Guillermo; he has made every experience feel personal, and that's something I really appreciate. I'm a lifelong contractor and can really appreciate good communication skills, and he has them. He makes me feel like he's got my back whenever I walk in or call, and that's 100%. I hope that I never have to come back to your shop, but life lessons tell me otherwise, so for now, THANK YOU ALL until the next time! Keep doing good work.

Not only did they make my car look brand new but they went the extra mile and washed it and vacuumed inside. They also finished the work in half the time than I expected. I couldn't be happier!

They said it could take 2 weeks but they got it done in one. My car looks brand new. Super job!! It was so convenient to have Enterprise next door for my car rental. They also washed and vacuumed my car.
