Edwin and Melanie were great! They provided great customer service, patience, efficiency, and wonderful communication. They were able to replace my car part QUICKLY and fixed it. I was told it would take 5 days, but it actually only took 3 days! I was surprised to step into my car and notice that they cleaned everything on the inside thoroughly as well! The entire experience was great- thanks to Edwin, Melanie, and the staff behind scenes! Defiantly coming back when I need to!

The ENTIRE process was very smooth and efficient. My car was fixed, cleaned, and detailed within three days! They did an excellent job at taking care of my car in a quick manner. Thanks to the staff who worked “behind the scenes” to get my car looking brand new. Also, special shout outs to Edwin and Melanie for being so efficient, patient, and communicative through the whole process. What a wonderful experience! Marked the damaged area, there are areas in the damaged area that were not repaired and just painted over. Person wanted to make an excuse that the nicks were from rock damage without any proof that the damage was not caused by the accident. Most good auto body repair shops I have dealt with would just take care of damage in the area. There were places the shop attention repair and didn’t do a good job, there was damage that has shown up. I’m sure you will blame me and the insurance company. I have read the responses to other dissatisfied customers. Yes, GEICO is a cheap company, but you failed to do your job repairing my car. I have posted a horrible review on every site I can find. I’m telling everyone I know how badly you shop sucks. I will be letting my insurance company know how dissatisfied I am, hoping they take you off their list of suggested shops. I will continue to do as much as I can to prevent others from having the same experience I have had.
