They were helpful and repaired everything very well and it did take me brining it back in though.

Edwin was very helpful once I asked questions about how this is different as had never used my auto insurance before. So, perhaps in the future it may help to ask customer if they understand how different it is to have insurance dealing with repairs and not the customer as he explained to me. He did go out of his way to be of help and make sure everything got repaired well!

The team was very attentive and professional. I appreciated how much care they took when we did the walk around of my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when they finished my car ahead of schedule, which was no small feat during the ice storm that shut down ATX for a few days.
