The inside driver side was muddy. I have to ask one of the worker about it and he cleaned it out. Advise, when customer vehicles are ready to be picked up, double check that it’s clean.

Great job on the vehicle and appreciate the very courteous and attentive service end to end! The on-line tool was a great plus. I did hear that the estimated finish date was 5/12 and yet the insurance company seemed to know it would be done 5/10 - that's the length of the rental car they allowed. Would have been good for planning purposes to have been 100% aligned on that. But overall, very good experience! Thank you.

Good overall experience. Friendly and courteous staff. Nice and clean facility. Appreciated all the on-line updates. Insurance company seemed to know the true finish date but I did not , which is not good. Also, referred me to wrong rental agency but that has others responsible, too. Overall, you exceeded my expectations, and in the car looks great. Thank you!
