There were obvious problems when we first were told that the work was done and we could pick up our car. these included bad black matter staining our seats, a small puncture and some other indentations in the back seat, a door that did not close properly due to weather strip not fully installed, a small rubber item that fell to the ground when we first opened the front door which had not been installed properly, missing liner in the door closure area, etc. These items were corrected when we picked up our car two days later. However, these problems should have been noticed if there had been a quality control inspection done before telling us that our car was ready for pickup. It also speaks poorly of the care that the worker(s) gave to our car. We are repeat customers and have not had this problem in the past.

I would not recommend unless I had another experience with this repair facility that did not have the issues that I experienced this time. Two prior experiences were good, so I am looking at this as a one off experience. I might use them again in the future, but am not ready to recommend them to others at this time.

When we were told that our car was ready we went to get it but there were a few items that needed to be done. None of these were major, and they were corrected in two days, but they should have been noticed and corrected before we came to get the car. these included some dark tar looking smears on the seats, a hole and 3 or 4 indentations on the back seat, a rubber piece that fell to the ground when the front door was opened, a fabric piece missing from the front door where your hand goes to open the door. We have had work done at this business before and have not previously had any problems. The paint was done well. Maybe this was a one off situation. Just annoying and not confidence building.

Did not appear that there was any quality control inspection performed prior to us going to pick up the car. I do not thing that some of the work done was done by a worker that took prided in their work, However the paint did look good. The issues were corrected and we go the car two days later.

Body repair was completed in a timely fashion. Quality of repair was good with the exception of tail gate alignment and rear taillight reinstallation. Overall a good experience.
