The repair was not done correctly. No one walked the car before it was tried to be released to me. Justin and John, you guys should be checking the work and tolerances, I shouldn't have to catch it. I do appreciate y'all getting it fixed quickly, but it shouldn't have happened. I'm super happy with the speed, and after a 2nd pass, the work that was done.

Nobody loves getting their car repaired. However, the crew at Classic Collision made the experience painless. Jason was top notch from the get go. He was courteous and friendly, as well as, informative and efficient. When there was a little snag in my rental car being behind schedule, I was given a ride to the rental shop. Even that experience was enjoyable as Justin, service manager with Classic, was personable and funny. A favorable experience overall with CC! Thanks guys!
