Everyone was really nice, professional, and got my car back to much sooner than I expected. The work they did was exceptional quality and they off a lifetime warranty on all their work. Great place!

Don't even bother contacting me. I hope to never have to deal with your shop again. Absolutely terrible repair quality cannot be remedied by you because I actually want to use my car this year instead of pointing out all of the things that are wrong every time I return to "pick-up my car".

After pointing out things that were fixed poorly two previous times, I gave up on the third and took my car back to not ever to have to deal with you again. Poorly fixed things include paint not fixed, body lines mismatched, bumper not even on all the way, paint defects in the "fixed" area, and most of the body trim wasn't pushed in all the way. Very sloppy job and shows a complete lack of care and poor workmanship.

I was only notified the first time that my car was ready. I attempted to pick up my car and pointed out the unacceptable repairs and never got notice that my car was ready again. I had to call to figure out if it was ready. The service manager very plainly lied to me and said the errors in the repairs were not going to be covered by the insurance, while it was in the middle of the supposed repair area, and claimed that the wrong bumper was on my car when its exactly how I purchased it (brand new).

The replaced window now has a slight bubble look to it. Also, there's a slight clicking noise from my glove compartment that wasn't there before (the sound only stops if you push on the compartment door).

They were good at responding to concerns and communication. The only reason I did not rate them higher is because of the issue when I was called and told to pick up my vehicle yet there were several things that were not yet done. I had to leave the vehicle for an additional week.
