Not happy at all, my windshield was cracked when I picked up my vehicle and it was not that way when I dropped it off. Jon inspected the vehicle with me that was one thing that was never talked about or pointed out because it was not there. They had poor customer service when I arrived and was upset about my windshield and they all just moved around the parking lot putting away vehicles and locking up the building and even made it difficult for me to drop off my rental keys for the enterprise car

The service was a great experience! Everyone I talked to in person and on the phone were courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was great. I received updates on back ordered parts which was totally understandable due to lack of workers these days. However, a few days after the repair I was on the highway headed to Dallas and a plastic piece came loose underneath the car due to not being properly fastened or fastened at all. After pulling over a few times the piece continued to come loose a drag on the highway for about 2 hrs. When I got to my destination the plastic piece was ruined and what was left of it was Zip Tied to the bumper to keep from dragging on the road. Upon further inspection of work I found some other spots that look like they are missing all the fasteners ( plastic rivets ). The paint on both front and rear fenders look fantastic. I’m very pleased with AMM’s paint matching. So at this point when I return home to Austin I will be contacting AMM collision to see how this can be resolved.

Paint overspray on the Bedliner and the outside trim is coming loose. Also, yellow tape was left under the bed rail with the intent of stopping overspray but was never removed. I don't feel like they paid that much attention to the details. Which sucks because its a brand new truck

My experience was better than any other body shop I’ve ever been in. And I’ve been into very many. Great experience with employees and the work that was done. My car was ready a week earlier than they told me originally. Better yet I had some minor issues after I took the car. I came back and they took care of these issues within 30 minutes. I’ve been a State Farm customer for 40 years. This was the first time I came to AMM. I really appreciate how they treated me and I will be back when I have another fender bender. The people working in shop were always friendly and greeted me at the door. They were also super helpful with figuring out my vehicle situation with Enterprise. When I got my car back from the shop I realized it still needed one more thing and when I let them know they worked with my schedule and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my repairs. The repair work looks great, and I appreciate how the folks I dealt with answered all of my questions openly and clearly. They seemed genuinely interested not just in getting my business, but in returning my car to a state that I am content with. Bottom line is, they understood and met my particular needs as a customer, and I am quite happy with the whole experience. I will definitely return to AMM if the need arises.
