I picked this shop to repair my car after a car wreck that I was not at fault for. They’ve fixed prior vehicles of mine with no issues. I received my car back after $8,000 of repairs. The molding on my door was reused and noticeably bent, my bumper on the impacted side is not even attached to my car, no screws or anything holding it on, and there is a big gap between the car and my tailgate on the impacted side. My car drives worse than it did before and it has never had damage before this wreck. The impacted side is extremely loud when you go over 45 mph. You can tell no one test drove the car to make sure things were correct because they would have noticed my door locks were not reattached correctly and neither was the entire plastic surrounding my gear shift, which I had to immediately turn around have mechanics fix. Also, the new pieces that were used for my car are not even, they are hanging off in some areas. I reached out about all these issues and was told they would order the correct, NEW molding for my door, I am really hoping when I take my car they fix all of these issues.

My a/c doesn’t work which I didnt find out till after I picked my car up (was working before drop off) and the right headlight doesn’t work

I am very please with the service and turn around time. My experience with the workers were the best part! Everyone was so nice to me on my first visit there getting the quote. I was told that they could start on my vehicle right away which they kept a promise and also made sure I was able to get a ride from enterprise to get my rental car both of the young men in the store were very helpful with me and also kept me updated with my vehicle for the entire week. I was even offered to transfer things from the rental to my vehicle when it was time to pick up my car. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The staff were very professional, and I would definitely recommend anyone to classic collision off Broad Street ( if they have Allstate lol)
