The vehicle should have been fully detailed and I will be stopping by I am not happy with the amount of gap between the fender and door on passenger side as compared to driver side. Both gaps should be equal. I am a little upset after getting it home I feel the repair was done quickly with no attention to detail

There’s no way I could in good conscience recommend you all and it’s sad because you were recommended to me. My car is still not fully taken care of and waiting for a part but I also had to call and find out because I wasn’t hearing anything about it and it seemed no one was really communicating to Crystal about it either. She is the only one there who I felt like cared and was trying to do what she could to get answers. She is wonderful.

Good job repairing, lots of issues with timing and back and forth about who would pay for what. And your detailing guy should be sent back to school or fired. I keep finding things that are dirty that weren’t when I gave you the car. I will spend My weekend getting my car detailed the way it was when I dropped it off to be fixed. And who steals a used air freshener!?
