I have never heard any bad comments related to Classic Collision. I have used this shop before under it's previous owner and the service then was also excellent. I have friends that have recently dealt with other body shops in the area and they were not very complementary about their results.

Following my accident I first visited my insurance company and then immediately visited Classic Collision. I was surprised to find that they already had all of the information they needed from the insurance company. I was also surprised that they could start work immediately.

Everyone I met was very easy to talk with and made me feel welcome in their shop. They explained the upcoming repair process and provided a accurate estimate as to the time needed for the repairs. The next day I dropped off the vehicle I was asked if I could remove a 17 inch tall roof mounted communications antenna to eliminate any chance of damage when this area of the vehicle was covered during the painting process. This only took about a minute for me to do. The following day I visited the shop to install a waterproof plug over the antenna connector (just in case the vehicle was left outside), and found that the workers were well into removing all of the damaged parts. The took time to show me everything they were about to do, and I really appreciated their time to go over their work with me.

I've used this bodyshop a few times to repair damage to my cars. Each time they do a phenomenal job. Thank you to everyone involved in the process, from the front of the house to the back. Will continue to use this location in the future.
