Cecelia was fantastic. I have used your shop two prior times (Precision Collision Center) and this is the main reason why I chose your shop again. Cecelia was great with answering my questions the morning of the accident and was able to squeeze me in so I didnt have to wait a day or two to bring the car in. My adjuster was very user friendly as well, I just cant remember his name (sorry).

Appreciate all the communication. There was one call I got where I was in the basement and he couldn’t really hear me, but he continued to give me an update which I was able to hear even though he wasn’t sure I just really appreciated that.
