My experience with classic collision was beyond exceptional. They kept me informed every Monday Wednesday and Friday. The work done on my car was great couldn’t tell I hit a pole. Justin was friendly and called me when he needed to give me updates on ordered parts. I highly recommend Classic Collision in my hometown of Chandler Az!

excellent and constant communication of the status of my car. Very friendly. I gave a 9 because the receptionist is not very friendly, sorry I called couple of time and she is not good customer service. Not friendly (she looks and sound mad), not good knowledgeable. Need to be more positive and more friendly. (and smile sometime). Probably she is good but please reflect that on the costumer.

Yes - I wish it was a bit of a quicker process but I appreciated frequent communication and being updated about what stage my vehicle was in. But the end result looks great and there were no surprises when it came to insurance/billing.
